Angela and David – Engaged

Angela and David had their engagement session in Nelsonville, WI.

Angela and David are engaged! I’m so excited to shoot their wedding next year and I’m glad we got their engagement session done before the haze from the northern wildfires settled over Wisconsin.

They wanted a natural area with some flowering plants for their session. There’s a little spot I know about thanks to some past clients that worked out perfectly. We had to hike it through some hefty growth to get there but it was worth it. The bee balm was pretty with it’s purple puffs and the butterflies were tolerant of our intrusion to their fields.

Angela’s mom brought Arlo for a couple pictures with him. What a stinker. I had a session last fall where he was present and wouldn’t get out of the shots. This time he would hardly look at me. You never know what you’re going to get!

I had a great time with Angela and David. They’re fun and quirky and are very happy and content in each other’s presence. I hope they love their pictures and I can’t wait for their wedding!
