Anna and Tyler had a colorful fall engagement session on the beef farm in Waupaca.
The sun was shining, the trees were turning, and the pasture was dry on Monday when Anna and Tyler had their fall engagement session on her parents’ farm. I’ve known Anna and her family for a long time and remember her running around the county fairgrounds before she was probably old enough to show cattle in 4-H. I’m sure she had some open class entries though since showing cattle has been this girl’s life! And sometimes when you devote most of your attention to something you love, you find someone you love.
Enter Tyler. It seems to me that he’s a great match for Anna. His smile is about the most genuine there is. He’s a nutritionist and loves the agricultural world as much as Anna does. They met through the world of showing cattle around three years ago and decided it’s time to tie the knot. They’re both just so happy. It’s as simple as that. They giggle just being close to each other. I didn’t even do a single straight face photo with these two because that would so clearly be not them.
As for the shoot itself, it was beautiful. Tall thin pines gave us perfect light to start with and man did I use it! Of course we made use of some barn walls where surprisingly we only had one photo bomber. Pay attention when you scroll or you’ll totally miss him. Then we took a little walk through the harvested field while the sun sank to a perfect spot for our finale. The fall colors seem to be a little scattered this year but there was one group at the end of the field that was just right!
I loved this session and I love this couple! I can’t wait for their wedding next year. Anna and Tyler are going to have one heck of a party!
