Erin and Adam’s pretty country wedding at the fairgrounds in Amherst, WI.
This was such a perfect day! Getting married in October in Wisconsin at an airy, open venue can have some risks. It could be raining, snowing, blowing, I mean, it’s Wisconsin. But this day was blessed with as perfect of weather as one could dare ask for!
Besides that, the whole wedding was gorgeous! Of course it all starts with the bride and Erin was perfection in her sheath style dress all full of lacey overlay. I cannot get over how gorgeous she looked!
I loved all the details of this day. And I am now obsessed with wood flowers. Yes, the floral bouquets were wood. How awesome is that. I honestly think I liked them as much as real flowers. They were so cool! Pair that with her gold heels and that stunning ring and I sure was a happy photographer!
We went to Cate Park for the first look and found a nice spot on the trail that worked out so well. I loved that when Adam saw her he did a full walk around to see all of the dress and was visibly in awe of his bride! Young love at it’s best!
Before the ceremony Erin and Adam had a private moment with her Grandpa who prayed over them and blessed their rings and their union. It’s pretty clear to me that these two have their priorities in a good place and know the importance of God in their marriage. The ceremony was lovely and full of people who love and support them.
The rest of the night was a good old fashioned Wisconsin wedding with a buffet, an awesome dessert table, beer and dancing. I think it’s safe to say everyone at this wedding had a great time and I sure hope Erin and Adam have enjoyed their first few days of being newlyweds!
Congratulations Erin and Adam!!! Thank you for letting me be part of your day!
