Kelly and Chad are making it official! I’ve know Kelly for a few years from our kids being in the same grades in Waupaca before I moved way out west to Amherst. So when she messaged to talk about wedding photography I was so excited! When we met to chat about it all I got to see what a good match these two are. She’s the sweet and bubbly side to his stoic calmness. They can both enjoy the little things in life and be real about all the stuff that goes into it.
Snowy sessions are great!!!
When the snow finally came we picked an afternoon to go stomp around in it a bit. The temps were okay but man the wind had some bite to it. Kelly and Chad toughed it out and we went on a nice little hike to stay warm. The bonus of a day this cold is everybody is okay with a lot of cuddly shots!
When you scroll through these if you have your eyes open at all, I know you’re gonna stop the scroll for this ring! Of course I do ring shots all the time and to be honest, they start looking the same after awhile. Well this one STANDS OUT! Designed just for her to be a unique piece with vintage vibes, the mark was hit hard. I love it so much!!
A quick change and a little drive down the road to finish up and we got some of my favorites! As weird as it sounds I think some in the full winter jackets might be my absolute faves of this session. The snow whipping, the sun glow, all the goodness! I cannot wait for this wedding and even though I love some snow pictures, I’m pretty happy it should be a bit warmer that day!
