Hannah and Charles’s engagement session in downtown Waupaca and Hartman Creek.
The skies threatened in the morning to be icky all day but by photo time they decided to clear all up! Hannah and Charles met me downtown in Waupaca for their engagement session. I gotta say, that was a welcome change of pace for me. I have a lot of seniors in town but not many engagement sessions. It was nice to change it up a bit and I think we had fun just walking the streets.
I’d never met Charles before and it had been years since I had seen Hannah. She was one of my very first seniors when I started this photography journey! I was pretty excited when she reached out that she was getting married next year. Charles jumped right into the whole photo experience like it was nothing.
We did want to have some nature type area so we ran out to Hartman for some open fields. It was Labor Day weekend and the park was the busiest I’ve ever seen it. That’s the great thing though about a a park like that, you can make it look like you’re the only two people in the world!
